		<description>Interesting note about the Japanese-school roasting and Korean preference.. I do prefer more sweet, caramel-toned beans than acidic ones, but never knew it was a national thing. It makes sense, then, that Bohemian&#039;s coffee is all very dark roasted. (The owner Ichu Park studied coffee in Japan, and he has many students who are now roasting their own beans in all over Korea.)</description>
