Trade shows bring out some wacky ideas for coffee. I almost dismissed this press release, thinking it was vaporware, but it turns out there’s a working prototype and it’s actually quite intriguing. It mechanizes the siphon brewing process, and adds some interesting features that make it easier to manage and customize for different brews. The video below goes into more detail, watch and be amazed. I’ll update this post as more information is released – you can check out their website, but it’s a bit of a placeholder.
